Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 5 ramekins with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg,, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir ricotta mixture to fully combine.
Place ΒΌ-1/2 cup of the ricotta mixture into the prepared ramekins.
Top with 1 tablespoon of sugar free pasta sauce and 1 tablespoon mozzarella
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
