After my post about working on my mindfulness, I researched various log options and found a sample of one that I liked. After reviewing it I decided something with at least a running total option might be best since I want to hit my goals and not exceed them. So I used Numbers and created my own based on the sample.

I’m pretty proud of it. For all my worries, I did lose another pound. Stressing about this isn’t constructive. Hopefully this will help. I just need to figure out the nutrition information on my food prep so I can add it in when I eat them. I’ll add those in my recipes while I am at it. So Monday starts constructively.
